Albert Lee Hale

Albert Lee Hale, 50, of Frankfort, passed away Friday, June 26, 2020 at IU Health in Frankfort.  He was born January 24, 1970 in Frankfort to Elmer and Yvonn (Gillum) Hale.  He was a 1989 graduate of Frankfort Senior High School.  He worked in construction for many years and most recently was working at NHK.  He enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting for arrowheads.  But his true passion was his family and especially his grandkids.

Albert is survived by his mother, Yvonn of Frankfort; his children, Courtney (Keegan) Sharp of Frankfort and Alex Hale of Peru; “adopted children” Dezirae Owen, Jeff Lowry, and Noah Allen; sister, Katrina (Russell) Reef of Battle Ground; twin brother, Frank Irwin Hale of Putnamville; eight grandchildren and special friend Melissa Bray Smith.

He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Genda Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements.
