Anna Marie Miller, 89, of Mulberry, died on Tuesday, October 2, 2012, at St. Elizabeth Central in Lafayette.
She was born December 23, 1922, in Fort Scott, Kansas, the daughter of Allie Boone Hudson Reagan.
Anna Marie moved to Jackson Township at the age of 5 and later moved to Madison Township. She graduated from Jackson High School in 1941.
On June 22, 1941, she married Fred Miller in Danville, Ill.; and he passed on April 21, 2009.
Anna Marie worked for 20 years at the Diana Shop in Frankfort. She was a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Mulberry where she was a former Sunday school teacher. She was a member of the Women of the ELCA, a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and volunteered at Mulberry Health and Retirement Community for several years. Anna Marie enjoyed working with flowers, and loved and enjoyed her family children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren.
Anna Marie is survived by her children, Jackie (husband, Roger) Frey of Rossville, Janet (husband, Tom) Langston of Decatur, Ill., and Gary Miller from the state of Washington; brother, Marvin Reagan of Frankfort; grandchildren, Carla, Christy, Carrie, Kelli, Mark, Matthew, Melissa, Trina, and Justin; 20 great grandchildren, one great, great grandchild, and two nieces, Patty and Lynda.
She is preceded in death by her mother, step-father, Charles Reagan, and sister, Geraldine Clark.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2012, at Bodine Funeral Home in Mulberry from 5-8 p.m. Funeral service for Anna Marie will be held on Friday, October 5, 2012, at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Mulberry at 10:30 am with 1 hour of visitation prior to service. Pastor Mike Crawford will officiate. Burial will follow in Fair Haven Cemetery in Mulberry.
