Beatrice ""Maxine"" Teeguarden
Beatrice âMaxineâ Martin Teeguarden, 83, Frankfort died 9:10 a.m., Aug. 29, 2011 at Wesley Manor.
She was born Feb. 28, 1928 in Clinton County, the daughter of Robert Lynn and Jessie Fern (Kincaid) Martin. She married Orville Richard âDickâ Teeguarden on June 27, 1945. He preceded her in death May 9, 2006.
She graduated from Kirklin High School in 1945 and was a lifelong resident of Clinton County, except for six years in Florida. She worked for Mallory Controls and for Peter Paul, and most recently was a homemaker. She was a member of Community Christian Church of Frankfort.
She is survived by three daughters, Janet (husband Garry) Sink, Lebanon, Judy (husband Bob) Snow, Columbus, and Debbie (husband Jim) Seward, Frankfort; one son, Steve (wife Patty) Teeguarden, Marion; one sister, Nita Fern (husband Max) Mundell, Oakford; 13 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Roberta Kathleen Sink and Mary Jean Brennan; and five brothers, Rupert Martin, Marvin Martin, Robert Lynn Martin, Jr., Dale Martin and Carol Martin.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 2, 2011 at Community Christian Church, with Pastor Tim Grasham officiating. Burial will follow in Green Lawn Cemetery. Calling hours are 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1 at Genda Funeral Home and one hour of calling prior to the service Friday at the church.
