Betty June Lee

Betty June Lee, 84, of Frankfort, passed away Saturday, September 7, 2013, at St. Vincent Hospital in Frankfort.

She was born June 8, 1929 in Mechanicsburg, the daughter of Harvey and Sallie Josina Warren Sheets.  On November 19, 1950, she married Donald Lee; he survives.  

Betty graduated from Jackson High School in Antioch in 1947.  She was a homemaker.  She attended Eastside Christian Church and was a member of Mechanicsburg Christian Church.  

In addition to her husband, Betty is survived by one son, Dennis Ray Lee; one daughter, Cheryl Kay (Phil) Cash; five grandchildren, Joshua Ray Lee, Dennis Eugene Lee, Jason Michael Lee, Chris Prather, and Lindsey Cash; two great-grandchildren, Hunter Monroe Lee and Alyssa Prather; and several nieces and nephews.  

In addition to her parents, Betty is preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters.  

Visitation for Betty will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2013, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort from 4-7 p.m.  Funeral services for Betty will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.  Memorials in Betty’s name may be made to American Heart Association.  On-line condolences may be directed to www.gendafuneralhome.com.
