Betty L. Kerby, 85, of Frankfort, passed away Friday, May 10, 2013, Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was born January 10, 1928, in Fulton, the daughter of Sherman and Bessie Etchison Reed.
In 1947, she married James E. Kerby; he preceded her in death on November 1, 1987.
Betty was a graduate of Fulton High School. She worked at Federal Mogul and was awarded there for her perfect attendance. Betty attended St. Matthew United Methodist Church in Frankfort.
Surviving Betty are her sons, Ron (Connie) Kerby of Wabash, Bruce Kerby of Frankfort, and Mark Kerby of Crawfordsville; one brother, Don Reed of Fulton; three granddaughters, Kelli, Shanelle, and Anndra; and three great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, and one grandson, Ryan Kerby.
Private family services will be held with burial in Green Lawn Cemetery in Frankfort. Memorials in Bettyâs name may be made to St. Matthew United Methodist Church.
