Beverly Jean Robbins

Beverly “Jean” Robbins, 90, of Frankfort, passed away at her residence Thursday, May 17, 2018.  She was born November 20, 1927 in Frankfort to Ernest and Maude (Younger) Perkins.  She was a 1945 graduate of Frankfort High School.  Jeanmarried James H. Robbins; he preceded her in death.  She worked for Shanklin’s Hardware and enjoyed cooking, baking Christmas Cookies, walking with her friend Martha Mason, and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jean is survived by her children, Cindy Buntin and Tim (Debbie) Robbins, both of Frankfort; a sister, Melba Hughes, of Delphi; grandchildren, Adam (Jessica) Robbins, Brandi (Kory) Dunn, Charlee (Brent) Robbins, Amy (Corky) Benefiel, and Chad (Jenny) Buntin; and great grandchildren, Katy, Paige, Lydia, Lauryn, Gracyn, Natalie, Henry, Emree, Bruin, Kolby, and one on the way.

Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

A private family service will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are entrusted to Genda Funeral Home of Frankfort.
