Bonnie Sue Anderson Torrence, 72, a lifelong Frankfort resident, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2014, at her home.
She was born April 23, 1941, in Michigan City, the daughter of Edward Levi Arion and Leona May Cosby Kyle. Bonnie loved gardening, writing poetry, fishing, and camping.
Bonnie attended Kyger School and graduated from Frankfort Senior High School. Bonnie worked for numerous manufacturers throughout her life. She also was a cook, cashier, and homemaker.
Surviving Bonnie are four children, Mike Wolfe of Frankfort, Marty Wolfe of Frankfort, Robin Wolfe of Indianapolis and Vicki (Chris) Winchester of Frankfort; four brothers, Doug (Pat) Arion of Macy, IN, Ronald (Jeanie) Kyle of Crawfordsville, Rodney (Jan) Kyle of Kirklin, and Roger Kyle of Carmel; two sisters, Carolyn (Roger) Boyce of Frankfort, and Rhonda Kyle of Kirklin; sister-in-law, Sandy Arion of Frankfort; 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren; two dogs, Tequila and Tiki; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husbands, Bob Anderson and Brian Torrence, Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Monica Wolfe; and brother, Dick Arion.
Visitation for Bonnie will be held on Monday, January 20, 2014 at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort from 3 pm to the start of the funeral service at 5 pm. Pastor Rick Marcus will officiate. Inurnment will be held in Freedom Cemetery in Waveland at 2 pm on Wednesday, January 22, 2014. Memorials in Bonnieâs name may be made to Clinton County Humane Society.
