Callie Harrison, 94, of Frankfort, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2015, at Clinton House Rehab and Health Care in Frankfort.
She was born November 17, 1921, in Wind Rock, TN, to Jess and Nellie Hensley Freels. On June 26, 1945, she married Lowrie D. Harrison Jr.; he preceded her in death on April 18, 2000.
Callie worked at P.R. Mallory/Emerson. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Frankfort.
Surviving Callie are two sons, Lowrie D. (Carol) Harrison III and Charlie (Glenda) Haupt; daughter, Sandra Kay Martin; one brother, Bill Freels; seven grandchildren, Tony Martin, Scott Martin, Tricia Jennewein, Denise Wheatley, Lana Laflen, Heidi Haupt, and Karlee Haupt; and 16 great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Callie is preceded in death by one grandson, Jason Martin; son-in-law, Jerry Martin; three sisters, Carrie Cooper, Margaret Mounts, and Mildred Jaggers; and five brothers, Albert, Walter, Luke, Brus, and Glenn Freels.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort, from 6:00 p.m. to the start of the funeral service at 8:00 p.m. Pastor Chuck Williams will officiate.
