Charlene Owen-Behr

Charlene Owen-Behr passed away after a brief illness in her home at 1403 E. Ohio St on April 26, 2012. She was born to Lester and Agnes Hunt on June 13, 1933 in Indianapolis, IN. She married Ernie Owen and they had two daughters Sandra Fording and Pamela Hunter-Aguilar both of Frankfort. She then married Phil Behr for nine years and he preceded her in death.
She worked for Peter Paul Candy, Zachary Confections and Holiday Inn all of Frankfort.
She had four grandchildren and two step grandchildren. She also has twelve great, one great-great grandchildren and four step grandchildren.
She in death by parents, one sister, one brother and her great grandson.
Funeral services will be held at Genda Funeral Home on Monday April 30, 2012 at 1:00PM with Pastor Bob Palmer officiating. Friends may call from 11:00am until service time on Monday. Burial will take place in Greenlawn Cemetery.
