Charles Ennis Howe, 77, of Frankfort passed away March 3, 2011 at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette at 11:45PM.
Funeral services will be held at 6:ooPM on Tuesday March 8, 2011 at Genda Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Palmer officiating. The family will recieve friends from 4:00 - 6:00PM on Tuesday. A graveside service will take place at Bunnell Cemetery with Military Burial Rites on Wednesday March 9, 2011 at 4:00PM. Memorials may be made to the Frankfort Parks Dept.
