Clarence Edwin Mohler, 86, of Mulberry, died at 5:02 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6, 2012, at IU Health Hospital, Lafayette. Born Feb. 11, 1925, in Frankfort, IN, he was the son of
Andrew & Alma M. (Phillippe) Mohler. He married Janet R. Ehlers in Frankfort on Oct.
20,1946.
He was a grain and livestock farmer in the Mulberry area, a seed dealer for Moews Seed Corn & worked with AFC surveying farm land. He was a member of Trinity Church of Mulberry, Mulberry Masonic Lodge and the Mulberry Wildcat Conservation Club, and was a United States Army Veteran serving from 1944â 1946. He loved to travel, Fish, garden, do woodworking, bowl and square dance. He also loved being a host of National State Parks in Michigan and Missouri.
Surviving are his wife of Mulberry; 4 daughters, Judith Mohler Atkinson of Colfax, Rebecca Mohler Adams of Lafayette, Suzanne Mohler of Mulberry & Diane Mohler of Mulberry; 12 grandchildren â Heather & Lee Anthrop; James, Joseph & Nicole Burke;
Sharon Mast, Craig Morgan & Michael Atkinson; Christi Garriott & Cheryl Yeager; 23 great-grandchildren. His parents preceded him in death.
