Dawn C Bushman

Dawn C. Bushman, 59, of Frankfort, IN, passed away Saturday afternoon, May 7, 2016 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

Dawn was born on January 19, 1957 in Frankfort to Bill Clark and Sandra Lou (Johnson) Nickols. She attended Frankfort High School and graduated from Lebanon High School in 1975. On October 25, 1986, she married Randall J. Bushman, who survives.

Dawn was a home maker and an avid reader. She loved to spend time reading and watching her favorite shows on TV. She loved her family and will be missed dearly by her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband of nearly 30 years, Randy Bushman, of Frankfort; her mother, Sandy Nickols of Las Vegas, NV; two sons, Chad Bushman of St. Pete’s Beach, FL and Jason (Kieonna) Lane of Clearwater, FL; two granddaughters, Kierra and Jada Lane; one sister, Roni Renee Nickols Corrick of Las Vegas, NV; two nephews, Stephen Richard and Preston Del Corrick; Niece, Helen Delajna Corrick of Las Vegas, NV; and lifelong friend, Risa Pearson of Michigantown, IN.

Dawn was preceded in death by her father, Bill Clark and one brother, Del Clark.

A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2016, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort, from 11:00 a.m until the time of the memorial service at 1:00 p.m. Inurnment will immediately follow at Kempton Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted at the funeral home or memorial contributions can be made in Dawn C. Bushman’s name to The Clinton County Humane Society.
