Donna Burn

Donna Davis Burn, 53, of Whiteland, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2015, unexpectedly at work.

She was born November 26, 1961, in Frankfort, to Donald “Gene” and Anna Louzena Sanders Davis.  Her father survives in Frankfort.

Donna graduated Frankfort High School in 1980.  She was a supervisor for the United States Postal Service for 26 years.  She also boarded and bred Brittany Spaniels.

In addition to her father, Donna is survived by two brothers, Brian Davis and Patrick Davis, both of Frankfort; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In addition to her mother, Donna is preceded in death by her step-mother, Shirley Oppenlander Hoyer Davis.

Visitation for Donna will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2015, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort, from 1:00 p.m. to the start of the funeral service at 3:00 p.m.  Pastor Paul Whitaker will officiate.  Burial will follow in Green Lawn Cemetery.  Memorials in Donna’s name may be made to Clinton County Humane Society.  Online condolences may be directed to www.gendafuneralhome.com.
