Dorothy A. Smock

Dorothy A. Smock, 91, of Mulberry and formerly of Indianapolis died on March 14, 2012 at 9:27 PM at the St. Elizabeth Central Hospital in Lafayette. Mrs. Smock was born on April 23, 1920 in Frankfort to Lewis and Samantha (Pritchett) Watkins. She first married Robert Ostler in 1947 and they later divorced, she then married Robert ""Bob"" Smock and he preceded her in death.

Dorothy was a beautician for many years, also working for Green Thumb. She moved to Mulberry from Indianapolis with her daughter in 2009. She is survived by two daughters, Linda L. Huffer of Gossport and Barbara S. Ostler of Mulberry, a step son Bobby Smock of Kokomo, five grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by four sisters and five brothers.

Mrs. Smock will be cremated and there will be no services.
