Elsa Zafra

Elsa Zafra, 62, 2191 Red Bud Blvd., Frankfort died at 6 p.m.
Feb. 17, 2011 at St. Vincent Frankfort Hospital.
Mrs. De Martinez was born March 21, 1948 in Puebla, Mexico to Cosme and
Alicia (Bauelos) Zafra. She married Angel De Martinez on June 19, 1988 and
he survives.

She worked for Zachary Confections for nine years on the sanitation second
shift. She belonged to St. Mary’s Catholic Church and the YMCA.

Surviving are her father of Mexico; husband of Frankfort; two sons, Cosme
of Mexico and Angel of Frankfort; one daughter, Elsa of Mexico; two
sisters, Nancy and Laura, both of Mexico; one brother, Ernesto of Mexico;
three grandchildren, Beto, Cosme, and Fabiola.

A Funeral Mass will be held at noon Feb. 21, 2011 at St. Mary’s
Catholic Church with Father Christopher Miller officiating. Burial will
occur in Mexico. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Feb. 20, 2011 at
Genda Funeral Home.
