Emily Noe Hailman
Emily Noe Hailman, 67, of Sheridan, died at 7:50 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2012, at Sheridan Healthcare Center.
She was born May 21, 1944 in Lebanon, to Doyle and Geneva (Boone) Noe. She married William T. Hailman on June 12, 1979. He preceded her in death Sept. 6, 1995.
Mrs. Hailman graduated from Sheridan High School and passed the EMT course. She worked for P.R. Mallory for 20 years, Golden Gallon as an assistant manager and worked as a CNA, QMA and LPN at various nursing homes, including Wesley Manor. She was a member of Scotland Christian Church and enjoyed the Easter sunrise service and breakfast
She is survived by her mother, of Sheridan; three sons: Brett Blackstone of Lebanon, Jack (Becky) Blackstone of Thorntown and Jeff Blackstone of Kirklin; one sister: Cindy Noe of Sheridan; one brother: Ernie Noe of Evansville; and eight grandchildren: Mandy, Brittany, Brianna, Crystal, Steven, Willie, Joey and Quinlin.
She was preceded in death by her father, husband, and one son: Brian Blackstone.
Services will be noon Saturday, Jan. 7 at Genda Funeral Home, with Rick Shaw officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m.-noon Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Scotland Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Sheridan Food Pantry.
