Francis Arthur Waggoner, 73, formerly of Colfax, Indiana, died at his home in Farmington Hills, MI on March 25, 2017. He was born June 26, 1943 in Frankfort, Indiana, to Vergil and Marie (Clouser) Waggoner, who predeceased him.
He is survived by his sister Rose-Marie (Thomas) Venier of Birmingham, Michigan.
