Frank Paul Garrison, 78, of Rossville, passed away Sunday, November 24, 2013, at his home.
He was born August 31, 1935, in Lafayette, to Harry and Maybelle Duddleston Garrison. In 1953, he married Barbara Achramowicz; she survives. They enjoyed 60 years of marriage.
Frank served in the United States National Guard. He was a supervisor for National Homes and later worked at Purdue University. He enjoyed woodworking, being a master carpenter. Frank was a wonderful father, husband, and grandfather.
In addition to his wife, Frank is survived by his children, Steve Garrison of Marion, IL, Frank Garrison Jr. of California, Mary (Dwight) Ivy of Mathiston, MS, and Bill Garrison of Rossville; eight grandchildren, Tonya Banker, Jeremy Ryan, Angelina Garrison, Charlotte Garrison, Kenna Garrison, Mary Garrison, Jonny Garrison, and Megan Ivy; and several nieces and nephews.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents, two daughters, Teresa Lynn Garrison and Lisa Ann Garrison; and several brothers and sisters.
