Frank Steven Cockrum

Frank Steven Cockrum, 63, of Frankfort, passed away on June 15, 2017 at Essex Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lebanon. He was born on May 14, 1954 in Frankfort, IN the son of the late Frank R. and Gertrude Maxine (Huffer) Cockrum. On February 25, 2017 in Frankfort he married Sharon (Hatchett) Cockrum whom survives him.

Frank enjoyed fishing and mushroom hunting, spending time with friends and taking long drives and getting lost.

Surviving relatives include; his wife, step-son; Scott Estep, adopted daughter; Marissa (Brandon) Martin, niece; Becky Crews, 3 grandchildren; Kai Martin, Gregory and Atlas Estep.

Preceded him in death by, parents and sister.

A Celebration of life service will be on Tuesday June 20, 2017 at 6:00 pm at the Genda Funeral Home, with Pastor Dale Brittain officiating service. Visitation will be from 4:00pm to 6:00pm on June 20, 2017 at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions can be made in honor of Frank to the American Cancer Society.
