Frederick L. Sorrells
Frederick L. Sorrells, age 94, of Flora passed away on Friday, December 8, 2017 at the Indiana Veterans' Home in West Lafayette. He was born September 8, 1923 in Indianapolis to James W. and Olive (Choate) Sorrells. On June 11, 1947, Fred married Rita Niesse, she preceded him in death in 2011.
Surviving family includes three sons, Lee Sorrells, Lex Sorrells and Lon Sorrells; one daughter, Lyn Helvie and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family will gather privately for services. Donations in memory of Fred may be made to the organization of choice.
