Golden E. Rhine

Golden E. Rhine, 96, formerly of Michigantown and Rossville, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2013, at Samara Memory Care in Indianapolis.

She was born February 16, 1917, in Martin County, the daughter of Charles and Lorena Eaton Kail.  On June 15, 1938, she married Robert E. Rhine; he preceded her in death on December 31, 2003.

Golden graduated high school in Burns City.  She was a homemaker, past member of Michigantown Wesleyan Church, and member of Southeastern Holiness Church in Indianapolis.

Surviving are three daughters, Rebecca (James) Storey of Anderson, Naomi (Lee) Dwigans of Indianapolis, and Carol (Randy) McRoberts of Rossville; seven grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Golden was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call on Thursday, October 24, 2013, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort.  Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 25, 2013 at Southeastern Holiness Church in Indianapolis with Pastor Ron Stevens officiating.  Burial will follow in Whiteman Cemetery in Michigantown.  Memorials in Golden’s name may be made to Gideon’s International or Clinton County Cancer.  Online condolences may be directed to www.gendafuneralhome.com.
