Helen E. Taylor, 54, of Frankfort, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2014, at her home.
She was born October 17, 1959, in Frankfort, the daughter of William James and Leona J. Nichols Heilman. On September 19, 2000, she married William J. Taylor in Las Vegas, NV; he survives.
Helen graduated from Frankfort Senior High School in 1978. She is a lifelong Frankfort resident and attended Trinity United Methodist Church. She worked for Dr. Tisiani for 12 years and most recently Indiana Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center, Inc., for 9 years. Helen loved fishing and spending time with family.
In addition to her husband and father, Helen is survived by four children, Michael A. (Amy) Davey of Noblesville, Nathan H. Taylor of Noblesville, Patricia J. (Cale) Mays Norwalk, OH, and Shea N. (Cory) Copenhaver of Noblesville; one sister, Cathy A. (George) Gorman of Frankfort; three grandchildren, Charlotte T. Davey, and twins, Cash W. and Grant H. Copenhaver; and several nieces and nephews.
Helen was preceded in death by her mother.
Visitation for Helen will be held on Friday, January 17, 2014, from 4:00 â 8:00 p.m. at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort. Funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at the funeral home with Pastor Ed Pearson officiating. Burial will follow in Bunnell Cemetery in Frankfort.
