Henry Smith Marvin
Henry Smith Marvin, 79, of Cutler, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2017, at IU Arnett Hospital in Lafayette.
He was born September 27, 1937; in Potsdam, New York, the son of George and Beatrice (Smith) Marvin. He married Donna (Rockwell) Marvin; she preceded him in death in July 31, 2015.
Henry was a Truck driver, Farmer and a Cowboy. He loved raising and working with horses. He was a loving father, grandfather and friend.
Surviving are sons; John (Becky) Marvin of Woodstock, Illinois, Ben Marvin of Jacksonville, Florida, daughters; Roberta (Filimon âJosaâ Madrigal Lopez) of Frankfort, Beatrice Marvin of Cutler, 4 grandchildren; Jessica L. Sipple, Benjamin Lyons, Alexia Marvin and Shane Marvin, great-grandson; Billy Sipple, brothers; Robert Lee Marvin of Sebering, Florida and Leonard (Bonnie) Marvin of Campbellsville, Kentucky, sister; Coralee (Don) Henck of Sebering, Florida.
Preceded in death by parents, infant son, Henry, sisters, Lois Martin and Barb Martin.
Memorial Service will be held for Henry at 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 18, 2017, at Henryâs farm 890 West 500 South Cutler Indiana 46920. Inurnment will be in Marion Veterans Cemetery in Marion.
