Infant Ivy Marie Smart
Ivy Marie Smart, infant, died at 7:07 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, at Witham Hospital, Lebanon.
She was born Nov. 9, the daughter of Nick and Trisha (Toney) Smart of Frankfort, who survive.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters: Elayna and Lylian; maternal grandparents: Jack and Kathy Kanatzer; paternal grandparents: Cindy Murphy and Todd Smart; maternal great-grandmother: Marileen Kanatzer; and paternal great-grandfather: Denzil Gleason.
Funeral services will be at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, at Genda Funeral Home, with Chaplain Richard Burdett officiating. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Private family burial will be at Green Lawn Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to March of Dimes.
