Our son, Jake, age 20, sadly passed away March 10, 2013. Jake was attending Ivy Tech in Bloomington and was aspiring to transfer credits to Kelly Busi¬ness School of IU.
Surviv¬ing Jake are his mother, Anna, and step-fa¬ther, George Harding of Westville, IN; father, Dean and step-mother, Michele Pinkham, of Brookston, IN; two brothers, Dean (Chris¬tine) Pinkham and Justin Pinkham; one sister, Hollie Pinkham; step-siblings Jenny, Nate, Mitch, Jody, and Gabrielle; three nephews, Brody, Kaiden and Nathan; three nieces, Hannah, Charlotte and So¬phia; grandfathers, Frances Pinkham and Zenon âJimâ Siminski; and grandmother, Emma Siminski.
Jake will always be re¬membered for his infectious smile and bubbly personal¬ity. At the young age of 20, Jake lived his life to the full¬est. He was charming and engaging, and he touched the hearts of many leaving a trail of friends wherever he went.
Jake will be remembered by his family as his fatherâs Bubba Jake; his motherâs Baby Bear; his step-fatherâs buddy; his step-motherâs protector; his brotherâs best friend; and his sisterâs rock.
Private family services will be held. Memorials in Jakeâs name may be made to Fairbanks Treatment Center, 8102 Clearvista Pkwy., Indianapolis, IN 46256.
