Jacqueline Juanita “Jackie” Weaver, youngest daughter of William Otto and Nellie Indiana Dugann Yeager, passed away Monday, September 21, 2015, in Mulberry.

She was born August 5, 1923, in Lafayette.  On May 21, 1942, she married Kenneth Kern Weaver in Mulberry; he preceded her in death on June 10, 1994.

Jackie is survived by her daughter, Marcia (David) Hudson; granddaughters, Dara (Kent) Chezem and Kendra (Mick) Haberzetle; and two great grandchildren, Avery Nicole Chezem and Matthew Cade Chezem

In addition to her husband of 52 years, Jackie is preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond Otto Yeager and William Marc Yeager; one half brother, William “Bink” Yeager; and five sisters, Ethel (Marvin) Stover, Mildred (Elmer) Memmering, Marguerite (William) Sayler, Jeanne (John) Gertken, and Mary (Philip) Brown.  Jackie is also preceded in death by her beloved pet and companion, Gabby, who provided comfort throughout the years.

A private family graveside service will be held.  Arrangements are entrusted to Genda Funeral Home Mulberry Chapel, housed in the former Alfred Weaver home.  In lieu of flowers, please contribute to Clinton County Paw Pals with Jackie’s heartfelt gratitude.  Online condolences may be directed to www.gendafuneralhome.com.
