John ""Joe"" Harshman

John “Joe” Harshman, 57, of Linden, passed away on Monday, April 7, 2014, at his home.

The son of Marvin and Betty McGill Harshman, he was born on January 26, 1957, in Frankfort.
Joe attended Frankfort Schools.   He worked for Piemonte Foods and Birchwood Foods.  Joe was also a part-time auto mechanic.  He enjoyed fishing and camping.

Surviving with his mother are two sons, Nicholas (companion, Amanda) Harshman of Frankfort and
Christopher (Stephanie) Harshman of Linden; four grandchildren, Alyssa, Ethan, Sydney, and Andrew; several brothers and sisters; and several nieces and nephews.  

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 11, 2014, at Bunnell Cemetery with the Rev. Lewis Smith officiating. Online condolences may be directed to gendafuneralhome.com.  Arrangements are entrusted to Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort.
