Khailey Ann (Perkins) Crabtree, infant, died at 3:45 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012 at St. Vincent Womenâs Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was born Feb. 7, 2012, in Indianapolis, to Daniel Crabtree and Rheanna Perkins of Mulberry.
In addition to her parents, Khailey is survived by two sisters: Kiara Perkins and Tarya Crabtree; paternal grandparents Ed and Becky Crabtree of Frankfort; maternal grandparents Frank and Joy Perkins of Frankfort; paternal great-grandparents James McQuade and Barbara Harvey, both of Frankfort; maternal great-grandparents Maureen Eskildsen and Valnetta Perkins, both of Frankfort; and Godparents Paul and Andrea Huber of Mulberry.
Private Graveside services will be held at Fair Haven Cemetery in Mulberry with Pastor Jake Fisher officiating.
