Larry Glenn Roush, 72, of Frankfort, passed away Thursday, September 12, 2013, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
He was born January 24, 1941, in Clinton County, the son of Albert H. and Bertha Marie Beck Roush. On August 16, 1958, he married the former Rosie Hinton; she survives.
Larry worked for Crellin Plastics from 1988-2002. He retired as owner and operator of Roush Excavating and Trucking after 30 years. Larry was a member of St. Matthew United Methodist Church in Frankfort, Clinton Masonic Lodge #54, Murat Shrine, and Frankfort County Club where he enjoyed playing golf.
In addition to his wife, Larry is survived by three daughters, Teresa (Dennis) Kinsler, Tina (John) Crum, and Tara (Rick) Skiles; one sister-in-law, Sally Roush; eight grandchildren, Chad (Jaima) Kinsler, Jeremy (Julie) Kinsler, Blaine (Jordan) Kinsler, Jade Crum, Jordan Crum, Kent Skiles, Jennifer Skiles, and Lauren Skiles; two great grandchildren, Austin Kinsler and Madelyn Kinsler; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Lee Roush.
Visitation for Larry will be held on Sunday, September 15, 2013, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort from 1:00 â 4:00 p.m. with Masonic Rites beginning at 3:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 16, 2013, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Bunnell Cemetery in Frankfort. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Larryâs name may be made to the Clinton County Humane Society or Clinton County Cancer.
