Linda Lee Tatman

Linda Lee Tatman, 74, of Flora, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2015, at her home.

She was born April 21, 1940, in Anderson, to Petty and Thelma Merril Rigdon.  On January 23, 1971, she married Richard Tatman; he survives.  They shared 44 years of marriage.

In 1958, she graduated from Rossville High School.  Linda was a homemaker and member of Valley View Baptist Church.  She enjoyed flowers, NASCAR, basketball, and fishing.

In addition to her husband, Linda is survived by one daughter, Kim (Gary) Gray; siblings, Sue Sill, Mickey Rigdon, Ted Rigdon, Brenda (Mark) Timmons, and Deb (Chuck); sister-in-law, Kathleen (Ralph) Martin; three grandchildren, Gary, Crystal, and Roxanne; three great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Donny Pettit.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2015, at Genda Funeral Home Reinke Chapel in Flora, from 10:00 a.m. to the start of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will follow in Maple Lawn Cemetery in Flora.  Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.  Online condolences may be directed to www.gendafuneralhome.com.
