Linda M. McDaniel, 62, of Camden, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2015, at her home.
She was born April 23, 1953, in Cincinnati, OH, to Curtis and Maxine Garland Wilson. On July 1, 1995, she married Stephen L. McDaniel; he survives.
Linda was a graduate of Reading (Ohio) High School. She, along with her husband, were owners and operators of the Corner Café in Flora, for over 20 years, and The Cricket in Deer Creek for the past year. Linda enjoyed reading and anything scary especially horror movies and books; she loved camping, going to and watching NASCAR races, and her animals especially her dog, Chewy, and her cat, Maggie.
In addition to her husband, Linda is survived by three daughters, Angela (Scott) Bieghler, Jennifer (Brett) Scruggs, and Jacqueline Daghir; sisters, Sharon Durham, Donna (Dennis) Wilson, and Denise Wilson (Keith Wilson); one brother, Curtis (Connie) Wilson; mother-in-law, Phyllis McDaniel; sister-in-law, Debra Huffer; five grandchildren, Jarred, Taylor, Abigail, Jacob, and Samuel; seven nieces and nephews, two great nieces, and two great nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Mark Wilson and Gregory Wilson; father-in-law, George McDaniel; brother-in-law, Charles Huffer; and one nephew.
Visitation for Linda will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2015, at Genda Funeral Home Reinke Chapel in Flora, from 5:00 â 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 17, 2015, at the funeral home with Pastor Jeff Landon officiating.
