Lorraine R. Degner
Lorraine R. Degner, 89 of Rossville, passed away on Sunday October 2nd, 2016 at St. Elizabeth East Hospital in Lafayette. She was born on July 11th, 1927 in Cicero, Illinois, the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Safranski. On November 4th, 1950, Lorraine married Dale Degner in North Judson, Indiana.
She is survived by her children; William Degner of Monticello, Lee (Linda) Degner of Aurora, Illinois, Linda (Rick) Streepy of Odon, Raymond Degner of Lafayette and Alan (Renee) Degner of Columbus, 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers; George and Chester Safranski and sister; Florence Lewis.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday October 8th, 2016 at 11:00 am at McKinley Memorial Gardens in Winamac. Genda Funeral Home Rossville Chapel is entrusted with arrangements.
