Marcum E. Lewis, 98, of Frankfort, died at 8:05 am.. Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Wesley Manor.
He was born Dec. 12, 1913 in Burkesville, Ky., to the late Edward O. and Clara (Firquin) Lewis. He married Edna L. Wolf Sept. 3, 1929. She preceded him in death Nov. 23, 2010.
Mr. Lewis was a GM Truck Dealer, also worked in real estate for 15 years. He was a member of Clarks Hill Christian Church; Lafayette Lodge 123 F&AM & Scottish Rite, Indianapolis.
He is survived by a brother: James R. Lewis of Lafayette.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday, May 25 at Rest Haven Cemetery, Lafayette, with Pastor Stephen Johnson officiating.
Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Good Samaritan Fund at Wesley Manor Retirement Community. Online condolences may be directed to gendafuneralhome.com.
