Margaret M. Eller, 88 of Lafayette, Indiana died on Tuesday, December 21, 2010, at 1:30 PM at St. Elizabeth East Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana.
Born December 20, 1922 in Grant County, Indiana, she was the daughter of Amzie and Jessie (Stewart) Marley.
On January 6, 1946, she married Leroy C. Eller. He preceded her in death on February 12, 1980.
She attended Michigantown Schools and liked gardening, bird watching and reading. A homemaker, she had lived most of her life in the Rossville area, and moved to Lafayette in 1988.
Surviving are a son, Timothy (wife marcia) Eller of Rossville, IN, a daughter, Barbara Eller of Lafayette, IN, sisters, four sisters, Evelyn Murray of Galveston, IN, Ruth Ann Toler of South Bend, Lois Schimmel of Frankfort, and Norma Burns of Carrollton, TX, and three granddaughters, Amanda Eller of Fishers, IN, Katie Eller and Suzanne Eller, both of Indianapolis..
She was preceded in death by four sisters, Frances Wilson, Josephine Mohler, Donna Anderson and Carolyn Bordner, and two brothers, Ralph and Herbert Marley.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Thursday, December 23, 2010, at Bodine Funeral Home, Rossville, Indiana. Services will be private. Burial will be at Rossville Cemetery.
