Marjorie E. Thomas of Frankfort, Indiana passed away peacefully on Sept. 21, 2011 at St. Mary's Health Care in Lafayette, Ind.
Marjorie was born on Oct. 22, 1920 to Blaine Heise and Mabel (Laughner) Heise In Kirklin, lndiana. Marjorie was raised with four siblings on a farm in Kirklin. She loved helping her Dad on the farm. Marjorie always had a bright smile for everyone and was never heard by her family to utter an unkind word. She was always willing to help out anyone in need. She will be forever missed and loved by her family and all who knew her.
She is survived by her sister, Mariam Benner, sons, Edward McQuern and Richard Thomas, daughters, Carol Schmidt Burton and Cathy Thomas Trout, Grandchildren, Sara Trout, Christina Schmidt Perry, Jennifer Schmidt Courtney, Debra Schmidt and Amanda Schmidt, and three great-grand children.
A graveside service will be held at Bunnell Cemetery on Sat., Sept., 24 at 10:30 AM.
