Marsha Louise "Suzy" Pickett

Marsha Louise “Suzy” Pickett, 80, of Flora, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2025, at IU Health Arnett in Lafayette. She was born July 20, 1944, in Kokomo to Virgil and Mary Elizabeth (Mundy) Pickett. 

Marsha was a graduate of Young America High School, class of 1963. She worked at Sayco as an inspector in the plating department. She later worked at the Carousel Flower Shop in Burlington. She was a member of Kokomo Bible Baptist Church and attended Living Faith Church of the Brethren. He favorite pastimes included flower arranging, watching IU basketball, Cincinnati Reds baseball, and NASCAR.

She is survived by a sister, Mary Jane “Janie” Fleener and special friends the Allen, McCracken, and Salsbery families.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Martha Jean Pickett.

Visitation will be held, Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 2pm until the time of the service at 3pm at Day & Genda Funeral Home ~ Reinke Chapel in Flora. Burial will follow at Mound Cemetery. Messages of condolence may be left at www.dayandgenda.com.
