Martha I. Wolf, 89, of Rossville, passed away on Friday, July 4, 2014, at Milner Community Health Care.
Martha was born August 19, 1924, in Flora, Indiana, the daughter of Chester A. and Opal Mae Layman Kuns. On March 14, 1943 she married Melvin L. Wolf, and he passed July 11, 2004.
Martha attended school at Camden. She was raised in the Flora are. After her marriage to Melvin, they resided in the Kilmore area. Martha was a homemaker and a farm wife. She was a member of the Middle Fork Old German Baptist Church.
Martha is survived by her daughter, Waneta C. and husband, Richard Hufford, of Bringhurst; her sons, Gerald and wife, Darlene, Wolf, Duane and wife, Linda, Wolf, and Gilbert and wife, Velma, Wolf, all of Rossville; 14 grandchildren, and 44 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are one brother Marlin and wife, Janice, Kuns of rural Flora; and two sisters, Eula and husband, Robert, Flora of Ohio, and Naomi Markley of Kansas; and one sister-in-law, Miriam Kuns of rural Flora.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two sisters, Maggie Markley and Sarah Flora; and two brothers, Melvin Kuns and Lee Kuns.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7, 2014, from 2 pm to 5 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm at Middle Fork Old German Baptist Church. Funeral services ne held on Tuesday, July 8, 2014, at 10 am at the Middle Fork Old German Baptist Church with the Home Brethren officiating.
