Marvin Doyle Douglass
Marvin Doyle Douglass, 60, of Michigantown, passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2015, at St. Vincent Frankfort Hospital.
He was born June 27, 1955, in Frankfort, to Charles Wayne and Beverly Jo Bruce Douglass. Marvin met and lived with his longtime companion, Lois Eileen Barrett Douglass.
Marvin attended Clinton Central High School. He worked in residential construction. Marvin was a member of the American Motorcycle Association for 20 years and loved riding motorcycles especially his Harley Davidson Superglide and racing motocross with his dirt bikes.
In addition to his companion and mother, Marvin is survived by one son, Scott Allen Douglass of Frankfort; one daughter, Amy Marie Douglass of Frankfort; and one granddaughter, Jezzareeâ Ashlyn Douglass.
Marvin is preceded in death by his father and one brother, Rick Allen Douglass.
A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2016, at Arborwood in Frankfort, from 5:00 â 8:00 p.m. Arrangements are entrusted to Genda Funeral Home. Online condolences may be directed to www.gendafuneralhome.com.
