Mildred Spray

Mildred A. Spray, 87, formerly of Frankfort, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2016, at Hickory Creek in Lebanon.

She was born September 15, 1929, in Clinton County, to Glen R. and Dorothy M. Pollard Harshman.  Mildred married Kenny Spray on September 5, 1970; he preceded her in death.

Mildred graduated from Lebanon High School in 1948.  She worked as a clerk for J.C. Penny.  Mildred enjoyed going out to eat with family and watching television.

Surviving Mildred are three step-children, Vinnie Bragg, Moses Spray, and Greg Spray; two sisters, Shirley Sherrill of Lebanon, and Glenda Sue Vinard of Frankfort; and many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great, great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, Mildred is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Emma Breeze.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2016, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort, from 1:00 p.m. to the start of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m.  Burial will follow in Bunnell Cemetery in Frankfort.  Online condolences may be directed to www.gendafuneralhome.com.
