Patricia A. Boyd

Patricia A. Boyd, 81, of Flora, passed away at her residence, Sunday, October 14, 2018.  She was born October 16, 1936 in Flora to Truman and Mary (Pearson) Flora.  She worked as a nurse for Dr. Petry in Delphi before teaching Religious Education at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Muncie.  She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and working in her flower garden.

Patricia is survived by her daughters, Beth Irwin of Flora and Jo Wood-Ford of Geetingsville; a sister, Sue Stingley of Flora; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Rodney Flora; and a grandson.

A private family gathering was held.  There are no public services planned.  Arrangements are with Genda Funeral Home Reinke Chapel.
