Paul Andrew Laverty

Paul Andrew “Andy” Laverty, 36, of Frankfort, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

He was born September 24, 1979, in Frankfort, to Paul R. and Marcia Hitch Laverty; his parents survive in Frankfort.

Andy attended Frankfort Senior High School and had taken classes at Purdue University in graphic design.  He enjoyed skydiving, traveling, and playing guitar.

In addition to his parents, Andy is survived by two sisters, Kelli (Marcus) Bachman of Rossville, and Amy (D.J.) Coffman, of Lebanon; two nieces, Kelsey and Kiara; three nephews, Mikey, Dakota, and Shawn, who shares a birthday with Andy; two uncles, one aunt, and several cousins.

Andy is preceded in death by both his paternal and maternal grandparents and two aunts.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 29, 2016, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort, from 3:00 p.m. to the start of the funeral service at 6:00 p.m.  Pastor Mark Sanders will officiate.  An inurnment will be held at a later date.  Memorials in Andy’s name may be made to the Clinton County Humane Society.  Online condolences may be directed to www.gendafuneralhome.com.
