Paul David Warren

Paul David Warren, 75, Danville, IL, passed away Monday, October 24, 2022 at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Danville.  He was born November 26, 1946 in Frankfort to Lewis and Ruby (Abbott) Warren.

Paul worked most of his life as a roofer and in the construction industry.  He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, and pitching horseshoes.  He was a social butterfly and never met a stranger.  He could often be found daily at the coffee shop talking and enjoying those that came in.

Paul is survived by his children, David (Lana) Warren, Scott (Kari) Warren, and Tonya Strubberg; his siblings, Patricia Christensen, Linda Gordon, and Dennis Warren; twelve grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Bill Abbott, Joyce Galvin, and Larry Abbott.

Visitation will be held, Saturday, November 5, 2022, from 1pm until the time of the service at 3pm at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort.  Burial will follow at Bunnell Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family, in care of the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.  Messages of condolence may be left at www.gendafuneralhome.com.
