Penny Lynn Zink, 63, of Frankfort, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2016, at Indiana University Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette.
She was born August 24, 1952, in Dennison, Ohio, to John and Ethel L. Steinbach Decker. On December 5, 1975, she married Terry Zink; he survives.
Penny graduated from Frankfort High School and business college in Georgia. She was a homemaker, enjoyed needlework, walking, and her time at the YMCA.
In addition to her husband, Penny is survived by her sons, Scott A. Zink of Kirklin, Steve Zink of Cicero, and Terry S. Zink of Indianapolis; daughter, Stephanie (David) Crutchfield of Noblesville; brothers, John Decker of New Philadelphia, OH, and Gary Decker and Bill Decker, both of Frankfort: sisters, Joyce Decker of Uhrichsville, OH, and Kay Hickson of Frankfort; sister-in-law, Carol Decker of Sharpsville; brother-in-law, Gary (Patty) Zink of Frankfort; 11 grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
Penny is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Bob.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2016, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort.
