Phyllis Jean Huff
Phyllis Jean Huff, 75, a lifelong Clinton County resident, passed away Tuesday, August 11 2015, at Cumberland Pointe Health Campus in West Lafayette.
She was born October 2, 1939, in Indianapolis, to Elsie âGipâ and Viola Wiggams Eubank. Phyllis married Jim Fife and they later divorced. Then on November 2, 1984 she married Everett L. Huff in Frankfort; he preceded her in death in 2008.
Phyllis graduated from Frankfort High School in 1958. She then attended Indiana Business College in Kokomo. She was a homemaker and a member of Michigantown Christian Church.
Surviving Phyllis are her children, Patty (Chuck) Seeright, Becky (Clay) Carroll, C.J. (companion, Russ) Fife, Pam (Nathan) Laughner, Tina (Companion, Eric) Lynch, Judy (James) Hall; one sister; Helen Ellison; one brother, Charles Young; 18 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Phyllis is preceded in death by one great grandchild, two brothers, and three sisters.
Phyllis will be dearly missed by family and friends.
Graveside services for Phyllis will be held on Friday, August 14, 2015, at Green Lawn Cemetery in Frankfort at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Sam Guilliams officiating. Memorials in Phyllis' name may be made to the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort. Online condolences may be directed to www.gendafuneralhome.com.
