Raymond L. Duncan, 75, of Frankfort, passed away Monday, August 17, 2015, at Clinton House Rehab and Health Care Center.
He was born May 22, 1939, in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. His parents preceded him in death.
Ray is survived by his brother, John R. Duncan of Monticello; one stepson, one stepdaughter, three sons, and several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Ray is preceded in death by one son, brother, Tommy Duncan; two sisters, Elsie Green and Edna (Keath) Timmons.
