One of his favorite fishing holes was the City Lagoons. He loved his buddies and loved to share âfishâ stories. You could find Bob at most racing events close by. In his younger days, Bob raced his blue and white Nova at Bunker Hill. He especially loved midgets and sprints. Bob followed NHRA drag racing of which his son, Evan, was a crew member on the Make-a-Wish funny car team. Bob was respectfully known in the racing world as âPopsâ because everyone loved him. He also enjoyed casually playing golf.
