Ronald L. Brower

Ronald L. Brower, 75, of Flora, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at the Indiana Veterans Home in West Lafayette.

He was born November 2, 1940, in Flora, to Dale and Virginia Cook Brower; his parents preceded him in death.  He was formerly married to Ruby Mae Berry.

Ron was a 1958 graduate of Flora High School.  After working at Brims Concrete, he worked for Myer Spring Company in Logansport.  He was a former member of Flora Presbyterian Church and enjoyed watching TV especially Westerns with John Wayne and Gunsmoke and sports.

Surviving Ron are his son, Alan (Melodie) Brower of Flora; daughter, Deidra (Timothy) Ehrman of Flora; sister, Janis (Jeff) Beck of Flora; four grandchildren, Jennifer (Rusty) Spooner, Alisha (Tommy) Shidler, Tasha Brower, and Emma Ehrman; and three great-grandchildren.

Private graveside services were held on Monday, July 25, 2016, at Ball Hill Cemetery in Cutler.  Arrangements are entrusted to Genda Funeral Home Reinke Chapel in Flora.  Online condolences may be directed to www.gendafuneralhome.com.
