Rose Ann Chester

Rose Ann Chester, 75, of Frankfort, passed away at 10:50 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2013, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

She was born July 5, 1937, in Tipton, the daughter of John Thomas and Maggie Marie Beard Roe.

Rose worked at UniElectric and later the Parkview Home.  She enjoyed going to the casino, playing cards, and cooking for her family.

Surviving are her children, Cathy (Larry) Weast, William Chester, Rita (Keith) Reiger, David (Ann) Chester, and Teresa Vincent; twin brother, Phillip (Bert) Roe; two sisters, Mary and Lois; 17 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, seven siblings, one daughter, Diane Chester; and one great grandson, Scott Lee Taylor.

Visitation for Rose will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2013, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort from 11:00 a.m. until the beginning of the funeral service.  Funeral service for Rose will begin at 1:00 p.m.  Burial will follow in Bunnell Cemetery in Frankfort.
