Sandra L. Wilson

Sandra L. Wilson, 78, of Frankfort, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2024, at Clinton House Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. She was born June 11, 1946, in Beech Grove to James Wilson and Bobbie Chamberlin. She married the love of her life, Robert Wilson on July 11, 1964. He preceded her in passing on January 2, 2021. 

Sandra was a graduate of Big Walnut High School in Sunberry, Ohio. She worked many jobs over her years including Phlebotomist and then an EMT for Mulberry Ambulance Service, but her favorite job was being a wife and mother and caring for those in her home. She was a member of The Good Shepard Church. She enjoyed listening to Elvis music, fishing, crocheting, visiting yard sales, going on vacations, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Sandra is survived by her children, Christopher Wilson, Theresa (Dan) Clark, and Pennie (Dave) Wright; brothers, David Wilson, Robert (Debbie) Brown and Mike (Mary) Brown; sisters, Tammy Brown and Karen (Jack) Kessler; grandchildren, Jessica, Daniel, Janelle, DJ, Kayla, Jerrick, Olivia, Kylee; and great-grandchildren, Hayden, Ryleigh, Colton, Elizabeth, Michael, Jacob, Aydenn, Lilly, Theo, Maybel, and Magnus. 

Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Shane Wilson; stepmother, Dorothy Wilson; brother, Steve Wilson; grandson, Scott; and great-grandson, Hudson. 

Visitation will be held, Thursday, November 7, 2024, from 11am until the time of the service at 1pm at Day & Genda Funeral Home ~ Mulberry Chapel. Pastor Rob Wood will officiate.
