Shirley D Herrera

Shirley Diane Herrera, 62, of Frankfort, passed away Thursday, March 17, 2022, at IU Arnett Hospital in Lafayette.

She was born September 25, 1959, in Middletown, New York, to Chester and Helen (Banuat) Jaycox.  Both preceded her in death.  She married Ramon Herrera, Jr., and he preceded her in death on October 5, 2012.

After receiving her Associate’s Degree, Shirley worked as CNA at Wesley Manor.  She enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Shirley is survived by three sons, Billy Herrera, Ramon Herrera III, and Matthew (Tiffany) Herrera; four grandchildren, Carter, Brayden, Jenna, and Carson; two sisters, Lillian Card and Linda Herrera; and two brothers, Bobby Jaycox and Harry Jaycox.
